Others are welcome to reference or use these concepts independently on the condition that proper attribution is reflected with each use.

Website Use
Individuals participating in programs/services offered on this website are expected to respect the rights and privacy of others. Failure to do so, or fraudulent use of personal identity (name, username, password), or unauthorized sharing of accounts shall be cause for account termination.

Shipment of Goods
We make every effort to ship your order as quickly as possible, normally within 1-3 business days. We will notify you immediately if any item cannot be shipped within 5 business days. If you would like an order sent RUSH, please call or send an email accompanying the order requesting the type of rush shipping (overnight, second day air, etc.) you desire. If you email, please include a phone number where we may contact you to authorize additional shipping charges.

Please contact us regarding shipments outside the United States. Minimal additional charges are on a per order basis. If you are not fully satisfied with an item and wish to return or exchange it, please return it in a padded envelope with the reason for dissatisfaction and crediting information, and/or call us for details.
